The Guide Book says its a must see... and so is this film.
Americans as fat as elephants.
In UK Cinemas April 18. In Bruges is the darkly comedic tale of the fates of hit men Ray (Colin Farrell) and Ken (Brendan Gleeson). After a difficult job in London, the team is ordered by their boss Harry (Ralph Fiennes) to cool their heels in Bruges. Very much out of their comfort zones, the men find themselves drawn into increasingly dangerous entanglements with locals, tourists, and a film shoot. Soon, their perspectives on life and death are violently skewed.
I hope you get to see this movie. It is really funny in a horrible sort of way. But, that's just my gallows sense of humor showing. What is really great about this movie is that my son and two grandsons went to see it together in the theater. We are all blessed with a twisted sense of humor. We laughed when no one else was laughing. That made it even funnier.
